Ronald Bruce Barber attended Westchester High School in Houston and graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Psychology. He was a pioneer in the satellite communication field and for the 15 years was a renowned expert in that field.

He is buried beside Earl Keith Barber.

Bruce passed away in 2000 or 2001, I think. 

Bruce was a good friend in high school and again when I moved back from Austin to Houston.

i miss him.
