Ross Martin Bray, 47, loving son of Thomas and Doris Bray passed into the arms of the Lord on February 18, 2011. Ross was born on September 27, 1963 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and moved to Houston with his family in 1969. He graduated from Westchester High School in 1982 and attended Southwest Texas State University and the University of Houston. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved all sports, especially NASCAR.
Ross is survived by his parents Thomas and Doris Bray; his brother Thomas and wife Deborah, their children Joshua, Gerald and Madeline; his sister Lisa Erdil, and her children Rachel and Sean.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, 12955 Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas. A reception will follow at the church. Ross Bray, Class of 1982, passed away in Houston. A service for Ross will be Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011 in the main sanctuary of Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, 12955 Memorial Drive. Service will begin at 11am and a reception at the church will follow immediately after.
Ross and I went to high school together and later we were in college together at U of H. He made going to class fun. I was lucky to get to see him last summer and enjoy an evening with friends. I will always remember his adorable smile and laugh! Can't you just hear that laugh! Thoughts and prayers to his family!

What a great guy you were! You were one of the sweetest and kindest guys in our whole Westchester class. You will be missed by many. Prayers go out to the whole family for comfort, peace, and strength during this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss. God bless you Ross!!
