Thomas Seth Pollard

June 17, 1959 - December 11, 2016

With great sadness, I'm writing to share that  we lost our beloved classmate, Seth Pollard, on December 11, 2016 to a long, hard battle with Lymphoma.

In our email exchange in June, Seth shared with me that he was happy to still in contact with several of his "homies" from Westchester days.  So, not only do we extend our sincere sympathies to his mother and children in the sad goodbye of their Seth, we are also thinking of each of you who have lost your close friend in Seth.

I knew Seth best during our Bendwood Elementary and Memorial Bend days - we were best buddies during the 3rd grade in Mrs. Loehman's class. I have fond memories of sleepovers at Seth's and also going to his family's ranch - he was a happy, generous, and adventurous kid. My thoughts and heart are with his family during this time. -Jeff

My best and favorite memories of Seth include late night parties at his home watching Saturday Night Live. The original cast members were the absolute best! I know you're living it up right now with John Belushi and Gilda Radner. Finally...rest well my friend.

I first meet Seth in 9th grade English.  He remained a good friend thru the years and I am blessed to have known him.  Over the years we had countless fishing and sailing trips and those  are memories I will not forget.  Seth fought cancer and staired death in the face for over 2 decades.  His strength and will to live was remarkable. I feel Seth knew he was on a special journey and he truely cherished everyday he was on this earth.  I am going to miss Seth and his special friendship. Fish-on my friend and know yoiu will be missed.
