Brad made me laugh through many a boring lunch  period during junior high school.   Anyone who gives you the gift of laughter is very special.

I was saddened by the news that Brad had passed away as I have fond memories of him.  I first met and socialized with Brad as part-time employees of Foley's at Memorial City in 1976-77.  He was always a hoot to be around and was great at delivering quips on the spot for whatever was going on.  He was also socially responsible. I recall that on one evening after work, we had witnessed a vehicle hit-and-run and he instinctively jumped into his car and took off down Memorial Dr. to chase the offending vehicle. He returned a short time later victorious with a license plate number and stated something to the effect that "well, someone had to step up".  Agreed.

Although we went our separate ways after 1977, I am reminded of his actions whenever I hear about other hit and runs.  Rest in peace, Brad.
