He was born in Marion on December 4, 1954 and was the son of Melba Christman Killen of Sunbury and the late Ernie Killen. Member of Rural Chapel United Methodist Church, he enjoyed Golfing and Watersking.
Survived by his Wife of 25 years: Carol VanLoon Osborne and they were married May 21, 1979 in Lewis Center. Son: Rob Osborne Jr. of Sunbury; Daughter: Tara (Brooks) Zaremski of Delaware; Brothers: George (Sharon) Killen of Delaware and Terry (Teresa Bunting) Killen of Kilbourne; Sisters: Carolyn (John) Russell of Delaware and Marsha (Larry) Davenport of Delaware.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 10 a.m. at Rural Chapel Methodist Church, 5860 Cheshire Rd., Galena, Ohio with Rev. Craig Arnold officiating. Private interment will follow in the Cheshire Cemetery. Arrangements in care of the DeVore-Snyder Funeral Home, Sunbury.
