In Memory:

Barbara Rathgeber, social studies teacher at Westchester from the early 1970s until WHS closed in 1985, and then a teacher at Stratford until her retirement, passed away on 11-25-18.

Services were held on 12-13-18 at St. Philip Presbyterian on San Felipe, Houston. She was a dear friend and a great colleague.
