Steve, Jody and his father owned a Charles Chips franchise. My husband at the time, Mark Pravel, owned a sub-franchise 1969-1973. They made calls to customers for deliveries to their homes either once every two weeks or once a month. Charles Chips sold pretzels in cans, a variety of potato chips and a variety of cookies. Customers put their empty cans out and Charles Chips would pick up and replace with a new order. Craig Payne worked for Jody at one time.
Teresa Bateman (Pravel) Broussard
I knew Jody during his high school days. Very nice guy. I met up with him quite by accident when he was driving a pretzel truck. Don't remember the name of the company but he made regular visits to the house until I moved. I'll always remember his as a friendly person. Calm and mild-manered.
